Which size shoes should I order?
Shoes are listed in US Men's sizing by default. In our shoes we suggest going down a half-size from a true Brannock Device size. For example, if you are a US Men's 10, you'd want a 9.5 in our shoes.
Please note, most of our shoes are slightly narrow, with a C width (PRO styles, Kursk AW, Southside and Dima). If looking for a wider fit, we have the Kursk TR and Storm 415 TR styles.

Does Chrome make SPD shoes?
Our PRO series shoes are SPD/2-bolt cleat compatible, Check our clipless cycling shoes.
Can Chrome customize, change or add something to a bag?
No - we cannot offer any customized or modified products.
How do I clean my bag?
The official material cleaning instructions for our bags: first treat with a dry solvent followed by a spray cleaner or detergent and water. Avoid chlorine or bleach based cleansers.
WARNING: Our bags are not machine washable - machines may twist and pull in ways that damage the materials.
We recommend using Simple Green (or another solvent) on the heavily affected areas. Then give the bag a warm bath using your regular dishwashing soap. You can use a nylon brush to lift any stains. Scrubbing reflective components will wear down the reflectivity - go gently!
We recommend cleaning any metal parts last to prevent rust. After cleaning a metal seatbelt buckle, lubrication of the inner spring is necessary to maintain function. Add a drop and wipe away any excess.
Once you are done cleaning, leave the bag open with lots of drying time, and if possible pull the liner inside out until dry. Don't use a heat drying method.
Can Chrome sponsor my event?

How do I check my order status?

Why didn't I recieve my order confirmation or tracking?
Spam filters or misspelling of the email address at checkout may cause our messages to get lost. Feel free to reach out to Customer Care if you can't find the confirmation or tracking info.
For international orders, we use an international sales partner and fulfillment provider, Global-e. Please visit Global-e's customer support.
Can I change my order?
No - we are unable to change your order. Once confirmed, your order is packaged for shipping as quickly as possible.
Feel free to reach out to Customer Care - we may be able to cancel the order. From there you would be welcome to set up a new order!
How do I use a promo code?
Promo codes are entered at CHECKOUT - after you have confirmed the cart. On mobile, this is after confirming shipping info.
Promotion codes will not combine with other offers or apply during site wide sale periods.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, Google, Meta, and the typical card providers. We also offer pay-in-installment options with Shop Pay.
Do you honor price adjustments?
Chrome will honor price adjustments under these terms:
If an item you bought on chromeindustries.com goes on sale within 5 days of purchase, we will refund the price difference to the original form of payment or with credit. Price adjustments do not stack with other promotions - we will provide a partial refund for the best offer. Any price adjustments to Final Sale prices cannot be returned.
What are the shipping costs?
For orders within the United States we offer UPS Ground shipping at these rates - all totals are before taxes:
- Up to $36 - $6.50
- $36 to $100 - $9.95
- Orders above $100 ship free
All orders outside the United States ship using DHL Express. International shipping prices will depend on the contents of the order. You will have a chance to see shipping, duties and taxes before confirming your order.
When will my order be sent out?
We aim to ship orders by the end of the next business day. During sale periods or over holiday weekends, shipping may take an extra business day.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from our California warehouse.
In the United States we ship using UPS Ground. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. We are unable to offer expedited shipping - UPS will not guarantee delivery dates.
Internationally we ship using DHL Express. Customers are responsible for duties/taxes.
We decline orders to freight forwarders.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes - to ship outside the United States make sure to select your country.
International shipping prices will depend on the contents of the order. You will have a chance to see shipping, duties and taxes before confirming your order.
We do not ship to freight forwarders.
How do I change my shipping address?
Orders are shipped as fast as possible - usually within a business day from the order confirmation.
Address changes must be done prior to the order leaving our warehouse and receiving tracking information. We are unable to change the address once the order has been handed off to the shipper. After that, you'll need to work with the shipper to make any changes.
If you have entered shipping information incorrectly please contact us using email@example.com. Include your order number and the address correction.
What is your return policy?
Within 30 days you can return your purchase from chromeindustries.com in like-new* condition with original packaging.
- Returns not accepted on items marked Final Sale (marked as Final Sale and with price ending in .97).
- Shipping costs are not refunded.
- Gifts can be refunded to the original purchaser only.
- Chromeindustries.com is unable process returns of items purchased at another online retailer or stores.
* "like-new" condition is unwashed and unworn. We recommend keeping original packaging while you decide about the product.
Can I exchange an item?
No - we are unable to offer exchanges. Instead, you can return and place a new order.
What is my refund status?

We aim to process returns within 12 business days of receipt at our warehouse. You will receive notification via email that your refund has been completed.
Should your refund not be processed within 12 business days, please reach out to Customer Care with your order number.
How do I return a product (United States)?
To set up a free return in the US, first sign in to your account using the email from your order.
In your account order history select the order. Select the item/s that you want to return and choose a reason. Click Request return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with further instructions. We aim to process returns within 12 business days of receipt at our warehouse. You will receive notification via email that your refund has been completed.
How do I return a product (International)?
For returns outside the United States, please visit Global-e’s RETURN PORTAL. Within 30 days you can return items in like-new condition with original packaging. "Like-new" condition is unwashed and unworn. Once the warehouse receives your return, it takes up to 12 business days to process your refund. We'll send a confirmation when your return has been completed.
Please note, international customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse in the United States. You can use the Global-e return portal to create a DHL Express return shipping label - the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can use your own shipping method.
Returns are not accepted on items marked Final Sale and will not be refunded. Shipping costs are not refunded. Orders, including gifts, can be refunded to the original payment method only.
What's the policy on items marked Final Sale?
Final Sale items will be marked “Final Sale” and most times will be demarcated by a price ending in .97.
Final Sale items cannot be returned for a refund or credit and cannot be exchanged. If you attempt to return a final sale item purchased on chromeindustries.com, you will not receive a refund and the item will be returned to sender.
What is Chrome's warranty?
Chrome bags carry a lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship or materials. Chrome footwear and apparel carry a one-year warranty against defects in workmanship or materials.
Our warranty does not cover wear and tear or damage.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Review the 365 TO LIFE warranty information and file a claim using the form. We'll ask for some pictures and your info.
How do I get a replacement part for my bag?
Can Chrome repair my item?
Our stores which also served as our repair centers are permanently closed. Regrettably, we are no longer able to offer any repair services.
We recommend hitting up a local tailor or gear repair shop for assistance with a repair.
